1. How can I check the quality standards are correct for my requirements?


We supply PPE, workwear and clothing to a range of industries throughout the UK, including heavy industry, automotive, chemical handling, hot and cold environments, tree surgeons and craftspeople. As an official Port West distributor, all our products are carefully selected and subject to rigorous testing to ensure they meet the highest standards of performance and quality.

Each garment is labelled to show to appropriate EN / ISO standards it performs to, as well as being CE marked.

2. Returns and Exchanges

We really hope you are pleased with every item you buy from us, and would love to hear your feedback! However, if you need to return or exchange something we offer a simple, no quibble exchange or refund policy.

If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order, we will refund it or exchange it whatever the reason provided the product is returned in its original condition.

Faulty Items: in the unlikely event that any product is faulty we will of course refund or replace it. Please Contact Us and we will resolve as quickly as possible!

Refunds: if you need a refund, please send your item back to us making sure to include your original order details or contact info, and confirming that you require a refund. We will get this sent to you ASAP via your original payment method, and usually within 2 working days of receiving your item back.

Exchanges: if you need to swap a product, please send us your item back and letting us know your original order details and what you would like to exchange your product for. We will get the replacement sent out as quickly as possible.

All returns or exchanges can be sent to our Hastings address, the same address as in our Contact Us section.

3. Delivery Times & Options

Our standard delivery cost is £3.99 for a Next Day Delivery Service (UK mainland). Orders for outside of mainland UK but within Great Britain will be dispatched on the same service at no extra cost, but may take slightly longer to arrive.
Orders over £100 receive FREE delivery!
If you are an international customer & would like to confirm the postage cost prior to placing your order, please Contact Us and we will be pleased to advise.

UK Bank Holidays (if applicable): please allow an extra working day for standard deliveries. Please note that Special deliveries will not be delivered on bank holidays.

4. Can I collect my order?

Yes! We offer the option to collect your order from our St Leonards depot. During the checkout stage select 'collection' from shipping methods. Once we have received and picked your order, you will receive an email letting you know it is ready for collection, which will usually be within 24-hours of your order being placed.

7. Do we offer discounts for bulk orders / trade customers?
